If you are a healthcare professional with clinical responsibilities or in a healthcare training program, such as nursing, the BLS Provider course is typically required.  Click here for more information.

Notice:

Learners enrolling in this course must have completed the Online Heartsaver CPR AED course in the past year and upload their certificate from the course prior to scheduling the skills appointment.

If you have not yet completed the Online Heartsaver CPR AED course, please choose the BEACON Heartsaver CPR AED Complete course instead.

Enrollment through the AHA website does not secure a skills appointment - you must schedule it through the course portal after registering and uploading your certificate.

Next Steps

1. After registering below you will receive an email with the subject "BEACON Course Enrollment" containing your username and password (if not a returning user).  Please allow up to 5 minutes for the email to arrive.
2. Upload your Online Heartsaver CPR AED certificate (must be dated in the past 1 year).
3. Schedule your skills appointment.

You'll receive your American Heart Association Heartsaver CPR AED certificate upon successful completion of the skills appointment.
